Isaiah 8:19-20 19 So why are you trying to find out the future by consulting mediums and psychics? Do not listen to their whisperings and mutterings. Can the living find out the future from the dead? Why not ask your God? 20“Check their predictions against my testimony,” says the LORD. “If their predictions are different from mine, it is because there is no light or truth in them. (Isaiah 8:19-20) (NLT). As I travel around the United States, I see many people struggle with life issues. Many come up for prayer and want answers to life’s problems. Many times the Holy Spirit gives me prophetic words of encouragement, wisdom, understanding, and answers to help them. After going back to my hotel or home, I still have these people in my thoughts and prayers. I continue to ask God to give me SUPERNATURAL wisdom, to be able to help handle these issues. Every time I ask God for help, He reminds me that we need to get a “TODAY REVELATION” from Him and His WORD,! There are times when I have difficulties in life. I have to ask God for guidance or help from mentors. Do not think that we all do not have some issues or answers that we need help with. After all, isn’t that why God gave us the WORD & SPIRIT? Some of us are looking in the wrong places for guidance. Our TRUST comes from God! He is the LIGHT of the world. Here is what Isaiah 8:11-14 says, 11 The LORD has said to me in the strongest terms: “Do not think like everyone else does. 12 Do not be afraid that some plan conceived behind closed doors will be the end of you. 13 Do not fear anything except the LORD Almighty. He alone is the Holy One. If you fear him, you need fear nothing else. 14 He will keep you safe. That is very encouraging! GOD WILL TAKE CARE OF YOU! As Christians, we should think differently than the world does. BELIEVE God and His WORD. Do not trust in mediums and psychics. If you watch any television programs today, you will see many shows about mediums and psychics. I am asking you today who do you TRUST. God or the world?

It is vital to SAY and DO the right things in everyday life. Our actions are very critical, not only to us but to those around us. I like how Isaiah 10:15 talks about how tools perform their jobs. , 15 Can the ax boast greater power than the person who uses it? Is the saw greater than the person who saws? Can a whip strike unless a hand is moving it? Can a cane walk by itself?(NLT) These tools, axe, saw, whip or cane, must have someone working them to be able to function properly. It is the same way with God’s WORD. We as Christians have to know what the WORD says and then follow its guidelines. The Bible teaches us the correct words to use and the exact action of use. We do not have to TRUST in the world’s ways, but we have to put ALL our TRUST in God. As we use the tools and strategies that are in the BIBLE we will come out a WINNER EVERY TIME! Let us all work on our WORDS & ACTIONS!
